Karthik leads the company's efforts to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and aligns its operations with key customer segments in the global market place.
His responsibilities include enhancing shareholder value, strengthening the company's presence in key markets, building the leadership team, employee relations as well as identifying and running new projects and verticals within the organisation.
He has been a leader in product development and corporate training. As an active proponent of eLearning in India, Karthik has several articles and lectures on eLearning to his credit.
Prior to founding 24x7 Learning, Karthik has worked with companies like PCL, HCL, Hewlett Packard, Microland etc. With more than 23 years of experience in Sales and Operations, Karthik has handled IT Products, IT Services and has spent 14 years in the corporate training industry.
He also runs an NGO, www.tvesha.com to educate and put to school/college a few more children who also would have otherwise entered the manual labour industry.
Karthik holds an Mechanical Engineering Degree from National Institute Technology, Kurukshetra and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Bharti Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi.

Anil Chhikara is the co-founder of 24x7 Learning and also served as the President till March 2013. During his tenure as President, Anil was responsible for the company's global sales operations and all customer-facing functions, including sales, implementation, consulting and managed services. Currently Anil is on a sabbatical.
Before founding 24x7 Learning, Anil successfully set-up the representative office and sales network for Cimatron Ltd., Israel in India. From an unknown brand, he was responsible for establishing Cimatron as a major player in its target segment within a year of commencing operations. Anil was also instrumental in creating and ramping up Wipro's channel network and Parametric Technology's direct operations in India.
Anil has over 21 years of experience in the IT industry with companies like HCL-Hewlett Packard, Wipro, Parametric Technology Corporation, USA, Cimatron, Israel and Patni Computer Systems. He holds an engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.

Sarbvir Singh is the Managing Director of Capital 18. He has 12 years of global experience in investment management and business operations.
He started his career with Emerson Electric in Hong Kong, Responsible first for business development across Asia and then marketing in China. Subsequently, he spent five years with Citigroup in New York, where he was responsible for making investments in the global consumer sector. More recently, he was co-managing an investment management boutique that invested private client assets in India.
He holds a degree in business management from IIM Ahmadabad and is a graduate of IIT Delhi.

Srinivas Rao is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company. Rao co-founded Aujas Networks in February 2008 after over 20 years of experience in the technology industry.
Prior to co- founding Aujas, Rao served as the Senior Vice President - Market Management at Cisco Systems and also served as the Chief Operating officer at IBM Netsol.
Previously, he worked at Network Solutions as their Executive Director, where he was instrumental in scaling it from an early stage entity to a medium sized company, before it was acquired by IBM Global Services. He has also worked as a senior executive with Microland, a leading Indian IT service provider. Rao holds a B.E. from Osmania University and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

Raghu has had an eventful career spanning over 25 years during which he has held various senior and strategic positions.
He founded Servion Global Solutions Limited in 1996 and was at the helm of the company till 2004. Between 2004 and 2009 he was the Strategic Investor and CEO at Indium Software India Limited. While at Indium, he was responsible to grow the company's top and bottom-line and globalize the service offerings.
Since 2009 Raghu has been the CEO of Disha Strategic Foundation through which he helps CEOs transform themselves and their teams to achieve high revenue and profit growth rates.
He holds a B. tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) and has completed his PGPM from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM, B)
Raghu is also an Accredited Executive and Business Coach from Coaching Foundation of India in 2007. Some of his coaching assignments include Executive Coaching and Business Coaching relationships with – Ericsson, Accenture, Onduline, Aujas Networks, Cenza Technologies, CADD Centre group and eShakti.com.
He enjoys Indian Classical Music and is a member of the Madras Cricket Club since 1999 and is a Club level Badminton Player.

Bryan Chapman is Chief Learning Strategist at Chapman Alliance, LLC; a provider of research-centric consulting solutions that assist organizations in defining, operating and optimizing their strategic learning initiatives.
Bryan was formerly the Director of Research and Strategy for independent research and consulting firm Brandon Hall Research. He continues to provide technology-selection services in partnership with Brandon Hall Research as a registered Associate.
As a veteran in the industry, Bryan has over 20 years experience and has worked with many global leaders; to help them optimize learning efficiency through the use of innovative learning techniques and technologies.
Bryan holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from Utah State University, where he was voted outstanding instructional design scholar by the faculty. He also holds a degree in Multimedia Communications from Brigham Young University.
