





He started his career with Emerson Electric in Hong Kong, responsible first for business development across Asia and then marketing in China. Subsequently, he spent five years with Citigroup in New York, where he was responsible for making investments in the global consumer sector. More recently, he was co-managing an investment management boutique that invested private client assets in India.
He holds a degree in business management from IIM Ahmedabad and is a graduate of IIT Delhi.

He has received OASME Best Industrial Promoter Award for the year 1994 - 95 from the Governor of Orissa, India. He has been closely associated with setting up venture capital funds in Orissa and Karnataka. He is also associated with the promotion of various organizations like Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Park (STEP) - Mysore, Karnataka Center for Quality Testing and Research - Bangalore, Peenya Trade Center and a few NGOs in Karnataka and Orissa.
Rathnakar has undergone comprehensive training on promotion of private enterprises in Harvard Institute of International Studies, Harvard University, USA and also visited UK and Switzerland to understand the strategic growth of small business sectors. Rathnakar's extensive knowledge of the business models in IT industries from both a national and international perspective coupled with his passion and long term strategic vision have been instrumental in developing 24x7 Learning into a global company that is unique in its provision of a full range of solutions.

Arun has built an integrated marketing function at Pitney Bowes and created a new $250 billion business category, Mailstream. During 2004, he also served as President of Services and Solutions for Pitney Bowes Management Services.
He has successfully launched 20 new brands and grew brand equity of many world-renowned brands at Philip Morris, Colgate Palmolive, Ford Motor Company as well as Pitney Bowes. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Arun held key senior positions in marketing, business development and brand management at Philip Morris and Young & Rubicam.
A B to B Magazine recognized Arun as a "Top Marketer of the Year." In 2004, his team received Business Week's "Excellence in Corporate Advertising" award. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Direct Marketing Association, the CMO Council and the Global Effie Awards for Advertising.
Arun holds a Masters degree in Advertising/Marketing from Michigan State University, a Masters degree in journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communications in New Delhi and B.A. from St. Xavier's College, University of Calcutta.

Anil was also instrumental in creating and ramping up Wipro's channel network and Parametric Technology's direct operations in India.

Srinivas Rao is also Director - Operations, at Network Solutions. Prior to this Srinivas Rao was responsible for running the Education Services Business of Microland Ltd. Srinivas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

Prior to that, he worked with i-flex solutions ltd. There, he led the development of the next generation of i-flex's hugely popular Flexcube corporate banking product.
He began his career at Wipro Ltd. As a consultant from Wipro, he worked on the development of the powerful account product, Platinum for Windows, now owned by Sage Software. Ravi is an engineering graduate from R.V College of Engineering, Bangalore, India.

Having started his career as a software programmer, Ganesh is today recognized as an eLearning technology expert with a passion for innovation. With his fresh insight and immaculate project management skills, he has an impeccable track record of planning, building and launching successful, high profile virtual campuses. Ganesh was the architect of Gyanodaya Virtual Campus, the virtual extension of Gyanodaya Management Institute of Aditya Birla Group which was awarded by PC Quest as the Best IT Implementation Award for 2007.
Ganesh is the architect of the 24x7 LearnTrak, an AICC and SCORM compliant Learning Management System that today forms the backbone for over 30 Corporate Virtual Universities of India's top corporates like Aditya Birla, Mahindra & Mahindra, Essar Group, L&T, Murugappa, Dell, Xansa, MindTree, Convergys etc. His involvement in hands-on engagements as well as high level technical consulting to organizations for over nine years has enabled him to attain domain expertise in eLearning today.

He has worked for over 15 years in sales and marketing functions in prestigious companies, and is dedicated towards working on organizational and personal goals.
His career in corporate organizations, both national and multi-national has focused on bringing about a transformation in business practices and building winning teams. He has been at senior management positions in various organizations (software products/services/EDA) and has always been considered a valued asset to the company.
He has a rich and diverse experience in sales and marketing, business consulting, channel management, managing large-scale operations in the technology industry.
John's attributes lies in his leadership skills and his vision to succeed. His hobbies include playing soccer and cricket and training individuals on leadership and communication skills. He is also an avid music buff.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 2005 she passed CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor Examination) conducted by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Illinois, USA.
Roshini has over 8 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance. During her stint at Precot Mills Limited she handled Financial Planning and Management, Forex Risk Management and was instrumental in designing and implementing policies and procedures in the Finance Function to facilitate Internal Financial Control. She also handled Working Capital and Consortium Lender Management that involved Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for short term and long term funding requirements. Roshini played a key role in liaising and concluding the recent round of investments at 24x7 Learning. She has internally been recognized with the 'Shooting Star of the Quarter', an award recognizing exemplary work measured for a quarter.
Roshini is an amateur artist. She is also trained in classical music and plays the Veena.

Her corporate career in organizations, both national and multi-national, has focused on bringing about a transformation in Marketing and Communication practices and providing winning strategies. In her previous stint in Hewlett-Packard she was responsible for Marketing and Communications, employee engagement, PR support and CSR activities.
Deepa has a rich and diverse experience in marketing, communications, public relations and channel marketing across industries. Her pursuits include an MS in Management of IT and ITeS from State University of New York, Buffalo and also M.Sc in Management Information Systems from Amrita Business School, India. Her hobbies include music, painting and writing fiction and non-fiction articles. She has also trained in gliding, parasailing and other adventure sports.
